Master Stylist/Hair Extension Specialist & Makeup Artist

As a native Austinite Lorie started her career in 2001 at Jose Luis Salon where she mastered her craft in many areas. Becoming a Master Stylist, working with Goldwell Color For over 10 years and in recent years has added professional training In Wella Color. She hold several certification in other areas of her profession including Global Keratin, Brazillian Blowouts. Also specializing in Hair Extensions. She's certified in Great Length Hair Extensions but mostly has worked with Hot Head Hair Extensions for the last 7 years and received her certification for the brand in New York City in April 2013.

Lorie has also gained a reputation for her amazing Blondes where she showcases her Balayage and Ombré techniques on a daily. She has continued her education over her 14 year career attending Oribe styling, the Bumble and Bumble Institute In New York City to refine her skills in Long Layers and Razoring Techniques and recently attending a week long advanced color and cutting class at Vidal Sasoon Academy in Santa Monica, California. She has showcased her talents in Modern Salon Magazine in the June 2011 issue after styling hair for a shoot with renowned photographer Roberto Ligresti. Her work has also been showcased on the cover of the Improper Bostonian, Texas Lifestyle Magazine and many issues of Created Women Magazine where she is the Lead Hairstylist of there editorial creative team. Also working in the pageant scene for several years traveling to several states, working behind the scenes for many editorial photoshoots and showcasing her skills in many fashion shows around Austin. She is one that prides herself to make a Bride feel so beautiful on her wedding day with her amazing Styling and Makeup skills. Lorie strives to stay on the forefront of the Hair Styling industry by continuing to educate herself and mastering her craft.

On a more personal level, Lorie has a deep commitment to philanthropy, volunteering for local charities in her community. She is very passionate about giving back and has pulled the industries best together to Host 2 Charity Fashion Shows that Benefited Safe Place Austin and The Dell Children's Blood and Cancer Center.
